- All designs, content, and materials created by Koalart Creative remain the intellectual property of Koalart Creative until full payment is received.
- After full payment, rights to the final deliverables are transferred to the client, unless otherwise stated.
5. Revisions and Approvals
- Each project includes a specific number of revision rounds, detailed during the project agreement.
- Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra charges.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- Projects canceled after commencement may be subject to a cancellation fee based on work already completed.
- Refunds are not guaranteed once design work has begun, unless agreed upon under special circumstances.
7. Limitation of Liability
Koalart Creative is not responsible for any loss, damage, or expenses incurred from the use or inability to use our services or website, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
