Referral Program Terms & Conditions
To keep things fair and rewarding, here’s what you need to know:
Eligibility
- Referrer and referred client must be two different individuals
- Referred client must be a new customer
- Referred project must be worth $50 or more
- Referrals must be genuine (no fake accounts or self-referrals)
Rewards
- Referrer receives 10% OFF per successful referral, up to 30% max
- Referred client gets 10% OFF on their first project
- Maximum discount usage: $100 project value
- Rewards are not convertible to cash and non-transferable
- Discounts valid for 3 months from issue date
- Cannot be used with other promotional offers
Administration
Koalart Creative reserves the right to:
- Verify referral authenticity
- Approve or deny reward eligibility
- Adjust the program or its terms at any time
